Where is Coastal Caravan Storage?

Coastal Caravan Storage in Victor Harbor is located at 4 Buchanan Court, Hindmarsh Valley, and opened to the public in December 2022.

When can I get access to my caravan, boat or other items in storage?

Our facility is accessible by our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a secure gate accessed by entering a personal code.

My RV is quite tall. Can it be accommodated undercover?

Yes. All our parking bays have a head clearance of 3.5 metres, this includes our lockable storage units.

How much does it cost to rent storage space?

Our 25 roof-covered storage bays are priced at $225 per month. These are suitable for a single vehicle, caravan or boat. Our seven lockup storage units are priced at $265 per month and are suitable for a single vehicle, caravan or boat plus additional items.

What type of security is in place to protect my caravan, boat or vehicle while it’s in storage?

As well as access-coded security gates, and high security fencing, there is 24/7 security via CCTV coverage, in place throughout the storage complex.

Is there power available onsite?

Coastal Caravan Storage provides access to power for basic battery trickle charging. This is suitable for charging your vehicle, boat battery or electric vehicle.

Are the roads and parking areas sealed, or will there be dust and mud?

At Coastal Caravan Storage we aim to provide a high-quality storage facility so all of the ground surfaces are sealed with concrete, so dust and mud won’t be a problem. All storage bays have a concrete floor.

What other facilities are available onsite apart from secure storage?

We have a sewer dump point onsite as well as washdown or outboard hoses to help you keep you boat, caravan or vehicle clean for storage.

Are there restrictions on what can be stored onsite?

Our storage units have been designed to provide boat storage, vehicle storage and caravan storage. For safety reasons there are restrictions on some items you can store. You are not permitted to hazardous, illegal, stolen, flammable, environmentally harmful, perishable or living goods as they could pose a risk to property or other people.
